This morning, I announced the unfortunate news that Zero Break Games is closing on August 16, 2026. However, in the time since, the issue which prompted the decision has been resolved and development is back on track for Tail Force and any future projects. Despite this, on the other hand, is that structural changes will be made respective to the status of the Zero Break Games label as a whole.

The short answer is this: Zero Break Games will both continue and shut down. The long answer: development work under the Zero Break Games label will be maintained, but will no longer use an LLC filing with dissolution to be submitted on or before the date that was previously announced. This decision comes after consultation with the parties who worked to help me resolve the core issues which caused the original announcement to be issued, and which is also being made under what both myself and the parties in question consider to be in the best interests of the Zero Break Games publishing label under the given circumstances.

I apologize for the conflicting announcements and will do everything in my power to ensure that another such incident of this magnitude will not be happening again. Thank you all for your understanding, and please excuse the inconvenience if this has caused as such.
